ANDREA LAMBIASE is an Italian designer from the Irpinia area, who is currently living in Milan.

His childhood in the taylor’s shop of his parents and his subsequent diploma at the technical institute for surveyors lead him to study Fashion Design at the Accademia Italiana of Rome.

After a number of internships for the Danish brand Barbara I Gongini and the Dutch designer Iris van Herpen, in 2018 Andrea decided to create his own brand.

For his collections, Andrea is inspired by the architecture and the fluidity of shapes, to which he adds his background of geometrical studies. He often mixes a wide range of fields, from science to physics, with the frequent use of technologies as to create his works of art for which sometimes the sole handwork is not sufficient. Those elements need to be joined to the use of innovative materials and techniques.

“I am particularly attracted by innovative materials and technologies but I feel the need to combine them with manual techniques as to establish a direct contact with my creations. To do so, it is essential to be extremely precise and I am quiet a maniac in this sense: I think that when something is not precise it lacks of order. I don’t really pay attention to what other people say; for me, precision is a personal need.”
